APPLICATION: The “Cranemaster” Heavy Duty Cranelight mounts directly to
cranes, catwalks or equipment subject to vibration, shock or sever jolting as a
result of movement.
LAMP: Fixture is designed to accommodate 1000 Watt maximum mogul based
Metal Halide and High Pressure Sodium lamps. 1500 Watt maximum for
Incandecent.
LAMPHOLDER: Made of heavy-duty glazed porcelain with spring loaded center
contact, nickel-plated screw shell and welded wire terminals. 4KV Pulse rated
lampholder is furnished for HPS lamps.
BALLAST HOUSING: The remote ballast is housed in a high-grade, lightweight
diecast aluminum for durable construction. Units are furnished with White powder
coat finish.
REFLECTOR: Made of High Efficiency Anodized Aluminum.
MOUNTING: The fixtures eight inch diameter mounting plate is pre-drilled for
easy mounting to any flat surface. The heavy duty steel compression springs
absorb shock and vibration both in vertical and horizontal mounting situations.
BALLAST: High power factor CWA or lead circuit type dependent on required
lamp. Designed for remote mounting of Ballast. Fixture is supplided with four
feet of 600 volt flexible conduit for remote ballast hook-up or for the hard-wiring
of incandescent units.
